Focusing on customer service, luxury and class, the Jumeirah Dhevanafushi Resort is one of the most unique and luxurious private-island hotels in the Maldives. It features 38 suites, 16 of which are overwater bungalows known as “Ocean Revives” here. The 22 beach and island suites are in the main area, and the overwater part is fully 800 meters away in an exclusive section called Ocean Pearls Water Villas, which is only accessible by boat.
Each of the overwater rooms is enormous, and comes with its own pool and private butler, among many other things. This is a serious 5-star deluxe resort that features the best of everything available in the Maldives, with 5-star prices to match. Its location near the equator makes it one of the more remote properties, but that is offset by the fact that there's actually a domestic airport nearby.
The Jumeirah Dhevanafushi Resort is located on Meradhoo Island, in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, about 500 kilometers south of Malé International Airport in the Maldives.
