Part of the luxury Aman Resort chain, the Amanyara Resort in Turks & Caicos doesn't offer the traditional overwater bungalows like you see in the South Pacific and the Maldives, but it does have overwater pavillions that are perched over private ponds, plus the best of everything for those who can afford a resort in the super-luxury category.
Stretched out over a half a mile of private beach on Providenciales Island, each pavillion and private villa is designed to blend into the scenery. With huge manicured grounds and so few guest rooms this is an ideal honeymoon or romantic getaway, where privacy is almost unavoidable.
The Amanyara Resort is located on the small island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands group in the Caribbean Sea.
Overwater bungalows: 28 partially overwater villas
Beds: One kingsize plus two daybeds
Wi-Fi: In hotel library only
Entertainment system: Deluxe
Room service: Available
The Serenity Villa Spa is spread over an acre and a half of lush landscaping featuring an array of massages, scrubs, wraps, beauty treatments, yoga and Pilates. Private Pilates and yoga sessions can be arranged and regular complimentary morning yoga classes are available.

To reach the Amanyara Resort you’ll need to fly to the main airport on Turks & Caicos. From there you’ll be met by hotel staff for the 25-minute drive to the resort property.
Considering this is one of the most exclusive and expensive resorts in the Caribbean, it’s no surprise that it receives overwhelmingly positive reviews for just about everything. The grounds are described as heavenly and the facilities and activities that are included are also given extremely high marks.
However, it’s the service that gets the most mentions, with a huge staff and only 40 villas and bungalows, every whim is catered to almost immediately. If you can afford the Amanyara Resort, it sounds like you won’t be disappointed once you arrive.
